The quality is great, heat shrinked and sealed and the ballasts are metal construction. I installed these in my 99’ Toyota 4Runner and for a reflector headlight I’m amazed at the output and the cutoff is actually pretty great for not being a projector lens. Highly recommended. I FIRST INSTALLED HID HEADS, FOGS AND OFF ROAD FLOODS WHEN I PURCHASED MY 2009 TOYOTA TACOMA. THAT WAS IN THE FALL OF 09. THE HEADLIGHTS AND FOG LIGHT CONVERSION SETS CAME FROM SLIMS, FROM A GROUP BUY THROUGH TACOMA FORUM. SINCE THEN, I HAVE BEED SPOILED BY THE LIGHT. WHEN MY HEADLIGHTS RECENTLY STARTED TO GO, I SUSPECTED THE RELAY WAS FAILING, SO I ORDERED A NEW SET OF CONVERSIONS FROM SLIMCUBBY AGAIN, BELIEVING THAT NOTHING LASTS FOREVER. THE NEW RELAY WITH HARNESS FIT THE ORIGINAL INSTALL PERFECTLY AND RESOLVED MY PROBLEM. NOW I HAVE LAMPS, BALLASTS AND WIRING TO BACKUP MY ALMOST FOURTEEN YEAR H4'S AND FOGS. Slim has the best customer service hands down, sells quality products, and I have never heard nor had 1 single bad experience. Sure you can save a few bucks possibly by going with XYZ brand, but their ballasts die fast, bulbs don't produce the specified color, and customer service is a joke.
